Leasing Opportunities

Construction of Buildings 1 and 2 were completed in June of 2006. There is currently no space available for lease but things change. Letters of Intent to lease are being accepted for retail uses in Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. 

Building 3 will have units on the lower Courtyard level and units on the 148th Avenue NE level up to 2,500 sq. ft.

Building 4 will have retail units between 1,000 and 4,500 sq. ft.  Facing the parking lot.

Building 5 is anticipated to have retail businesses on the main Courtyard level with hotel Suites on the upper floor level and parking on the lower level.

Building 6 will have retail units with 1,200 to 3,000 sq. ft. floor areas facing the parking lot.

Building 7 will have retail units with 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. floor areas parking on the lower level.
