Letters of Intent to lease are being accepted for retail uses in Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Building 3 will have units on the lower Courtyard level and units on the 148th Avenue NE level up to 2,500 sq. ft. Building 4 will have retail units between 1,000 and 4,500 sq. ft. Facing the parking lot. Building 5 is anticipated to have retail businesses on the main Courtyard level with hotel Suites on the upper floor level and parking on the lower level. Building 6 will have retail units with 1,200 to 3,000 sq. ft. floor areas facing the parking lot. Building 7 will have retail units with 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. floor areas parking on the lower level. |
